This notice explains how Faltec X uses cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, session-reconstruction technology and similar tools on faltecx.com.au. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

2. Microsoft Clarity session analytics

Microsoft Clarity is used to understand how visitors interact with the website through heatmaps and reconstructed session activity such as clicks, scrolls and navigation. Clarity is not a video recording of the visitor. We aim to keep sensitive inputs masked and do not deliberately configure Clarity to capture passwords, payment details or sensitive form content.

3. Current advertising technology

Meta Pixel may be used to measure actions taken after advertising, attribute conversions and support remarketing or advertising audiences. Where enabled, it may use cookies or similar identifiers and send event, browser, device, page, campaign and conversion information to Meta according to configuration and user choices.

4. Planned future advertising technologies

Faltec X may later enable Google Ads Conversion Tracking, Meta Conversions API, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft UET or TikTok Pixel. Listing a future tool here does not mean it is active. Before activating any of them, we will confirm the data sent and configure the consent or platform settings required for the intended use.

5. Consent management

Complianz is intended to provide the website consent interface and store consent preferences. Strictly necessary technical functions may operate where reasonably required for website operation or security. Security, performance and delivery services are not automatically cookie categories simply because they are installed. Optional analytics and advertising technologies are intended to follow the choices available through the consent interface and applicable platform requirements.

Where we use Google Tag Manager to manage tags, those tags are not permitted to bypass the consent logic that applies to them.

6. Your choices

You can use the website consent controls, where available, to accept, reject or change optional categories. You can also control cookies through your browser. Rejecting optional technologies may reduce analytics, advertising measurement or some optional functions, but does not prevent normal access to core website information.

7. Changes to technologies

The exact providers and technologies may change over time. A minor change of provider that performs the same disclosed function may not require an update to this notice, provided the notice remains accurate. We will review and update the notice where a change materially alters the information collected, the purpose, the recipient, the level of tracking or the way consent is handled.
